I'm Mariam Ibrahim, an experienced Personal and Executive Assistant and Brand Manager. I'm passionate about organization, efficiency, and productivity. Over the past three years, I've supported executives, solopreneurs, and teams by optimizing workflows, streamlining communication, and ensuring smooth operations. My goal is to help businesses and professionals focus on what they do best while I handle the rest—being a necessary ingredient for their success. I've also managed different brands, guiding them from ideation to execution. You can find these featured on my LinkedIn profile.

I have managed the personal and professional lives of executives, overseeing their events and projects from start to finish. In 2024, I managed the Guzangs Experience—the company's biggest fashion event in Lagos. I was involved in planning, acting on behalf of the executive, and taking initiative to ensure the event's success. This was my first planned event, and while it came with plenty of challenges and hurdles, I delivered excellently. Whether I’m crafting compelling content to elevate a brand’s voice or delivering professional virtual or executive assistance to bring projects to life, I’m passionate about adding value and polish to everything I touch.
Problem: An executive client struggled with overlapping meetings and missed deadlines.
Solution: I implemented an efficient scheduling system using Google Calendar, setting up reminders and buffer times between meetings.
Impact: Reduced meeting conflicts by 80%, improved time management, and increased productivity.
Problem: A solopreneur client needed a polished way to onboard new clients and stand out in a competitive market.
Solution: I wrote a concise, engaging welcome script for their client onboarding process and recorded a professional voice over to accompany a short introductory video, using clear tone and pacing to reflect their brand.
Impact: Improved client engagement by 30%, with new clients reporting a stronger connection to the business, and saved the solopreneur 5+ hours of content creation time.
Problem: A business owner was overwhelmed with emails, missing important messages.
Solution: I categorized emails, set up automated responses, and prioritized urgent matters.
